At PRIME NEXUS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
- Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
- Select the order and items you wish to return
- Choose a reason for the return
- Print the prepaid return label (return shipping fee may apply)
- Pack your items securely and drop off at any designated location
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
